This is the question asked by the masters of Yoga. The Divine Crown or Self Actualistaion cannot be given without any effort.
The aspirant who follows the path of Yoga has to face many dangers - poverty, persecution, humiliation, suffering etc. But then these dangers are all in the game and have to be transcended.
The path is not easy either. It is long, ardous, dangerous and difficult.
The formidable inner war going on in the human mind can take a heavy toll of physique and psyche. The fortunate One is he who has conquered his negative aspect and risen to the divine level. This requires heavy effort, heavy sacrifice and holding on to Cosmic Truth despite adversities !
