Yoga is widely known as "The art of living" that always provides us with solutions for mental concentration. Nowadays, Yoga has many benefits for those who practice it, keeping them active and with a positive thinking. It provides us ways to lose weight.

The obesity and overweight have become an unavoidable part of our quick ones and problematic lives. Thanks to the increment of food our scrap paunch had increased and we spend a lot of energy to sustain it.
